In commemoration of the International Women’s Day 2025, YANA in collaboration with Bryano Visions Foundation, LOLA Cameroon, Gracious Gifters Foundation, Blissful Hearts Foundation, SACOA, and HTF organized a women empowerment program entitled “Accelerating Action For Women And Girls’ Rights Equality And Empowerment”.
This initiative was not just an event; it was a movement aimed at uplifting women and girls, advocating for their rights, and fostering an environment where they can thrive.<\/p>

Women empowerment is crucial for fostering equality, economic growth, and social development. By empowering women and promoting girls’ rights, we create a society where everyone can contribute to their fullest potential.<\/p>

Women who are empowered can:
– Make informed decisions about their lives and families.
– Pursue education and career opportunities, leading to improved economic stability.
– Challenge societal norms, paving the way for future generations.<\/p>

The program brought together over 45 participants, including women and girls from diverse backgrounds, community leaders, and local organizations.<\/p>

The event featured:
– Trailblazers who shared powerful insights on overcoming barriers and championing women\u2019s rights.
– Workshops designed to equip them with tools and strategies to advocate for equity and empowerment in their own lives and communities.
– Valuable partnerships with participants connecting with like-minded individuals, fostering a supportive network dedicated to uplifting women and girls everywhere.<\/p>

The success of our program can be quantified through various key metrics:<\/p>

– 80% of participants reported an increase in confidence and leadership skills.
– 75% expressed a commitment to advocating for girls’ rights in their communities.
– Over 8 new partnerships were formed to support future initiatives focused on women’s empowerment.<\/p>
