As the Secretary General of YANA USA INC, Shei Louisa Linwe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a background in computer studies and education, she is dedicated to fostering positive relationships and advancing our mission.
Shei Louisa Linwe holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Buea, Buea, Cameroon, equipping her with a deep knowledge and consciousness of the societal challenges we aim to address. This academic background, combined with her hands-on experience provides her with an invaluable insight on the communities we serve.
Before joining the team at YANA USA INC, Shei Louisa Linwe has gained valuable experience working as a human resource officer at African Online & Publication Library (AOPL), program manager at Creative Minds, Active Hands (CREMAH) Africa, and case manager at United Youths Organization (UYO), polishing her skills in team leadership and community engagement.
Her strategic approach and diplomatic skills are instrumental in guiding our organization towards impactful and sustainable outcomes. With a keen understanding of our communities and commitment to promoting peace, cooperation, and understanding, Shei Louisa Linwe exemplifies the values that drive our organization’s work and brings a unique perspective to our leadership, ensuring that our initiatives resonate on our communities in particular and globally on the international stage.
